The Club set to reopen its doors on March 26th

It is our pleasure to confirm the reopening of Nun’s Island Tennis Club (Tennis courts and Gym Espace Forme) on :

FRIDAY, MARCH 26th at 6 A.M.

 
OPENING HOURS

TENNIS

Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

GYM ESPACE FORME  

Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 
TENNIS

- Singles play only;
- Private lessons are authorized;
- Doubles play is restricted to members part of the same family bubble;
- Tennis court reservations will start on Monday, March 22nd from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.;, en téléphonant à la réception;
- Because of the curfew, the last scheduled reservation will be from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- It will only be possible to book a court on an hourly basis;
- The 2 for 1 pricing (9 p.m. to 11 p.m.) will not apply for the 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. session;
- You are asked to leave the Club once your reservation has ended;
- A new activity grid for singles leagues is available HERE le nouvel horaire pour les ligues de simple;
- The Gym Espace Forme will be open from March 26th, 2021 for all except PASSEPORT members (according to the said membership privileges).

GYM ESPACE FORME

- Individual training only;
- Zoom group classes only; Zoom continuent;
- Private training permitted;
- Training within a family bubble is allowed;
- Gym capacity is limited;
- No reservation is required; access based on “first-come, first-served”.

SANITARY MEASURES

- Masks are MANDATORY at all times inside the Club except during training or while you are playing;
- Wash your hands when entering the Club and as often as possible. You will find alcohol-based hand sanitizer at the entrance of each corridor, on the tennis courts, and in the Gym.
- Please clean your materials and equipment before and after use;
- Signature of the health questionnaire at the reception of the Club for tennis players; and at the entrance to the Gym for those who are going to train is mandatory;
- No spectator or parent is allowed in the Club. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your playtime;
- Lockers will remain closed and the towel service is not available.
- Respect the assigned flow of traffic

MEMBERSHIPS

All memberships will be extended for the duration of the lockdown (except for the Gym memberships paid by monthly payments). If you have to renew your membership, it will start at the renewal date. Considering the impact of the curfew on the limited hours, your options are:

1- Use your membership on the hours available. The restricting playing time will not provide any reimbursement or discount;

2- Upgrade your membership in order to have access to increased time slots
