Group classes

Gym Espace Forme offers a wide variety of group class. All classes are given by our certified trainers.

Due to COVID-19, please note that we will no longer provide yoga mats, elastics and towels. Please bring your own equipment.

Cardio Tonus

Interval training: cardio and weight. A combination of various exercises using different equipment will make your workout very effective.

Spinning

Stationary bike training is very effective for the development of cardiovascular capacity. The low impact on the joints makes the exercise safe. The class takes place in a stimulating environment with dynamic music. Reservation only at 514-766-1208 ext. 227.

Cardio Boxing

Interval training: cardio (aerobic and boxing movements) and weight training.

Zumba

Course based on dynamic sequences of movements inspired by merengue, salsa, etc...

Senior Gym

For a complete and fun workout based on balance, coordination and muscle toning.

Body Tonus

All the main muscle groups are worked to develop your endurance. The combination of various exercises using different equipment will make your training complete.

Yogalates

Classes inspired by yoga and Pilates. In addition to burning calories, this activity will help you lengthen and tone your body.

Core Stretch

Mix of several stretching methods. During this activity, you maximize joint amplitude and endurance as well as your mobility and flexibility.

Yoga Flow

Classes designed to improve posture, coordination, balance, strength and muscular endurance through a series of different techniques.

Vinyassa/Ashtanga Yoga

This is a more rigorous type of yoga than Yoga Flow. Each movement is linked to your breathing. If you have sensitive muscles or joints, this may not be the activity for you.

TRX

Training using TRX (suspension training equipment for body resistance exercises). It helps improve your endurance, cardio and strength.

Tabata

Interval training, alternating periods of intense exercise with periods of active recovery. The use of a variety of equipment will help you push your limits safely.

Bootcamp

Designed to improve strength and fitness through a variety of exercises done at different levels of intensity.

Abs & Glutes

Lower body and abdominal workouts inspired by Pilates. The dynamic exercises will lengthen and tone your body while helping you burn many calories.
