Gym Espace Forme offers a wide variety of group class. All classes are given by our certified trainers.
Group classes descriptions
MUSCULATION TOTALE
Complete strength training targeting all muscle groups, using a variety of equipment.
SENIOR GYM
For a complete and fun workout based on balance, coordination and muscle toning.
TRX
Training using TRX (suspension training equipment for body resistance exercises). It helps improve your endurance, cardio and strength.
SPINNING
Stationary bike training is very effective in developing cardiovascular capacity. The low impact on the joints makes the exercise safe. The class takes place in a stimulating environment with upbeat music.
CORE STRETCH
Alternance d’exercices d’étirements statiques et de mobilité. Le but étant d’améliorer la souplesse, la stabilité et de prendre un moment pour se relaxer.
ZUMBA
La Zumba est un sport complet, combinant cardio, tonus et flexibilité. Les chorégraphies s’inspirent de tous les styles de danses : latines, africaines, hollywoodiennes, etc.
YOGA FLOW
Dynamic yoga practice in which each posture is synchronized with the breath. This class aims to improve posture, coordination, balance, strength and muscular endurance through a sequence of postures.
CARDIO TONUS
Interval training: cardio and weights. A combination of several activities using a variety of equipment will make your workout very effective.
HIIT
High intensity interval training. Interval training allows for a maximum effort followed by a rest period. The program combines strength training and cardio.
BOOTCAMP
Designed to improve strength and fitness through a variety of exercises done at different levels of intensity.
PILATES
Combinaison d’exercices de mouvements de flexibilité à faible impact et de force musculaire et d’endurance. À l’aide d’un tapis, le Pilates met l’accent sur un bon alignement postural, la force du tronc et l’équilibre musculaire.
