No partner? Want to meet new players? Do you prefer singles or doubles?œurs Club de tennis Île des Soeurs offers a range of activities, with or without coaching, that will enable you to find partners, improve your game and get the most out of your membership.

Tennis activity schedule

Registration for tennis activities is done exclusively via our online platform. This can be done up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability. The cancellation policy is 24 hours.

Tennis activities description

Singles League

The singles league is a competitive league. You will face an opponent and play a full match. The results of the matches are counted towards our ranking.

Performance Tennis

This activity is ideal for intermediate/advanced players and focuses more on decision-making during matches. Rotations are organised so that players move from a teaching workshop with the pro to a practical workshop with other players.

Play better in Singles

This activity is designed for intermediate players wishing to improve the technical and tactical aspects of their doubles game. Rotations are organized so that the players go from a teaching workshop with the pro to a practice workshop with other players.

Tennis Fitness

Tennis Fitness offers a series of physical and tennis workshops to help you improve your physical condition. High-intensity rotational exercises are the focus of this activity. The pro will guide the rotations between the various workshops.

Initiation to tennis

This activity is ideal for beginners who have played very little tennis and want to acquire the technical basics to be able to play with other members. Rotations are organized by the pro, so that the player can learn in a teaching workshop, and practice with other players what was learned.

Play better in Doubles

This activity is designed for intermediate players wishing to improve the technical and tactical aspects of their doubles game. Rotations are organized so that the players go from a teaching workshop with the pro to a practice workshop with other players.

Up and Down Challenge

The Up and Down Challenge is a singles activity. Players compete in an 11-point tiebreaker. The winner goes up in the court hierarchy, and the loser goes down.

Tennis Elite

This activity is ideal for advanced players, with an emphasis on tactics during singles matches. Rotations are organised so that players move from a teaching workshop with the pro to a practical workshop with other players.

Doubles League

The doubles league is ideal for meeting new players; On each rotation you will be assigned a new partner.
