Tennis Programs

Junior Club
The Junior Club, a recreational program for children aged between 3 and 17, allows children to discover tennis and improve through weekly lessons. The pedagogy based on progressive tennis helps the kids progress from the micro tennis court to the 24-meter court with different types of balls. The goal is to learn the game of tennis while having fun and developing a passion for the sport.

Accès-Tennis
Whatever your level of play, the Accès-Tennis program offers you an adapted teaching method that makes learning and perfecting your tennis skills much easier and more enjoyable. The 6-week Accès-Tennis program includes 1h30 group lessons per week with one of our certified pros. This program is designed for players aged 18 and over.

Recreational summer camp
Every summer, Club de Tennis Ile des Soeurs offers a fun and dynamic tennis camp for kids aged between 5 and 15 years old. A typical day includes many hours of tennis, as well as other sports and activities, to help develop different athletic skills. The camp is led by a team of dynamic instructors, all certified by Tennis Canada.

Women's Interclub
Tennis Féminin Interclub Montréal (TFIM) is a competitive doubles team league that brings together nearly 1,000 players from 11 clubs in the Greater Montreal area. Club de tennis Île des Sœurs is proud to welcome over 200 players to its 16 teams, ranging from level 1 to level 5. A dedicated team of coaches helps players excel during weekly training sessions, all in a fun-filled atmosphere.

In need of a tennis partner? You would like to meet new players? Fan of playing singles or doubles? Club de Tennis Ile des Soeurs offers a wide variety of tennis activities allowing you to meet new partners, improve your game and take full advantage of your membership.

Intensive Program
The Intensive program is an annual program designed for Club members attending high school who demonstrate a high level of rigor and commitment to tennis. Two weekly training sessions are offered, and participation in a minimum number of tournaments on the Tennis Québec circuit is required. Program by selection only.
Academy
Club de Tennis Ile des Sœurs Academy is one of the most successful and recognized training centers in Canada. Directed and supervised by highly qualified, experienced coaches, our Academy brings together passionate young athletes who dream of becoming part of the Canadian and international elite. Program by selection only.

U16 Junior National Championships - March 20-27
Club de tennis Île des Sœurs is proud to welcome back the country's best junior players for the fourteenth consecutive year. The next generation of Canadian professional tennis players will compete for the U16 Canadian championship title.
They went through this tournament before making their mark on the professional circuit.
